    Still getting same message. This is the same sh!t that happened last two times only last two times its only took a day so i didn't say anything. Here is a question since we paid for a years worth of usage upfront are we gonna get a refund for the days we were unable to use the app? Or days added on to our membership?

    It’s been days guys, come on. I’m not one to complain but I’ve been trying since I got the email Tuesday and it’s almost Friday and I get the same rejection as everyone above
