Hello,

recently when I try to download an app, a message appears asking me to “Please visit us using your iOS device to download this app.” The problem is that I am trying on an iPad, so I’m a little confused. I just updated my software so maybe that’s it? Pleas help, thanks.

Try clicking on ‘AA’ text in your safari search bar and select ‘request mobile version’ . As ipados 13 has desktop safari it’ll break some ususal stuff we used to do. Also you can go to ipad settings and in safari you can select  always show mobile websites’. Please try this.
