Yes, doesn't work for me too. it's not work/decrypt app on my ipad mini 3 arm64, but i had it work on my ipad mini 1

Clutch doesn't work on 8.3+ yet. It needs updating. I heard Rasticrac does though so try that.

 

If Clutch ever gets updated, you can get it from cydia.iphonecake.com.

I've had issues the latest clutch and rasticrac work but the issues I've been having is installing the cracked ipa on iOS 8.3

Clutch cracked apps won't install or crash on 8.3+ also.
