    It doesnt let me start a new account it tries to atuo log into the banned one aslo im trying to make a new guest account

    That’s fraking weird cause once you redownlod it should pop up with the three options guest Facebook and line. If you have that. Maybe logout if gamecenter If you logged in thru there so it doesn’t auto log you in.

    So it will let me choice from one of the three but when i click on guest account it still say im banned is there something on the screen that say to reset or use a new account or is it supposed to delete the account

    Did you follow every step carefully? Let me know if you managed to get it to work. If not, I’ll walk you through it. 

    Edit: Ah, just read the other messages now. So it logs you automatically into the banned account?
