Apple File Conduit 2 from Cydia. Install that.

i did install that yet not loading any systemfile in ifunbox. did u played plants vs zombies i am unable to get additional gems

That's the one which lets you browse through the root in iFunBox..

 

Try spending some gems or finishing a level.
