Help/Support changing from one subscription to another

Hello, I would like to know if I can switch from one subscription to another without paying for another 19.99 . I’m wondering if I can switch from the 1 year subscription to the 34.99 without paying even more money than I already did. If you can, that would be great, if you can’t, then I guess I’m stuck with the 1 year subscription until it expires. If you can, can you please help me on this?

We cannot transfer the App+ subscription to anything else once it's activated unfortunately.
