Help/Support WinSCP Problem Networking Timed Out(Wont Login)

I really need your help on WinSCP Because it wont log me in When i try to log in It always Show ''Networking Error Timed Out''

I have openSSH in my Iphone and Automatic SSH in my cp but it still wont connect please help thank you:)

Are you sure your iDevice IP is correct?
