Help/Support Error when installing tweaks!

[blazebinder 28 iPhone 6s Plus 9.3.3]

Recently I attempted to install a couple tweaks and I recieved the error:

 

failed in buffer_write(fd) (7, ret=-1)

Sub-process /usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code (1)

 

Can anyone help me out?

 

The tweak I tried to install was MessagesCustomiser.

install preferenceloader from cydia

its been installed, reinstalled.

What happens if you ignore that error and restart Cydia then try installing something else again?

It now shows this everywhere, and whenever I try to update cydia installer, I crash after it fails.
