Help/Support Update Jailbroken device (10.3.2) to iOS 12 (with blobs)

Hi all! My iDevice is on iOS 10.3.2 and I would like to update to a more recent iOS version because games are starting to lose support for my version and I want to play with the new frameworks . Also, I want to keep all my data, this means /var/mobile/* (Documents, Downloads, etc.). Anyways, I'm on doubleh3lix and here are my saved blobs:

I'd like to update to the most stable version. The solution I found so far is to zip all the stuff I want to keep, backup iDevice to iTunes, restore and then update and put all my data back. But I wanted to indout if there's a quicker way. Thank you very much.

The best bet is back up your data then update to 12.4.1 then downgrade back to 12.4 then jailbreak with unc0ver or chimera. Restore your device. Backup to iCloud via your phone then also make a backup to your pc via iTunes. The highest jailbreak currently is 12.4. Be quick tho because apple might stop signing 12.4 any day. iOS 13 is dropping in like 3 weeks so act fast
