Help/Support Linker bundle error iOS 12.4

[Red16 5.2k iPhone 13 Pro Max 15.2]

So I was helping a newbie hack his first game and got this error so how do I fix it,

 

[NOTE] i did not change anything in the tweak.xm or touch any other files

No luck I tried sdk 9.3/10.3 but I got a new error 

sdk 11.2 doesn’t work on iOS 12.4
