Hello, does anybody know how to make your Icons in your iDevice to look like Apple Icons?

INFORMATION YOU'LL HAVE TO KNOW:                                                         

My iDevice: iPad Mini 3                                                                  

iOS Version: 8.3 (still haven't updated to iOS 8.4 NOT PLANNING TOO)                     

All of the theme changers I've tried don't work or don't have Apple Icon
