Hello,

 

I have changed my phone from an iphone X to an XS Max. Unable to install the iOSGods App+ since my UDID is now different. Would appreciate some help with this please as I have read previous threads that 1 transfer is possible.

Hi @Zahir, thanks for responding. I have dropped @DADi a pm a few days ago following the previous threads but didn’t manage to get a response. Was wondering if it was because I did not raise a seperate support thread.

Apologies for my late reply.

Please send a message to the Administrator titled "UDID Transfer" with your old UDID which can be found in your activation email and your new UDID.

Please note that you are only allowed one transfer during your one year subscription term time. For more information, please read the iOSGods App+ FAQ.
