I think it's happening because I updated Cydia to 1.1.19.

I fixed it okay so what I did was I went here

And I installed both and resprong my Idevice and it works

Ok. I fixed it by downloading the Cydia 1.1.18. I then added the xarold repo. Then, after adding it, I forced deleted the files. I restarted springboard and went back to Cydia. It is back to normal now.

SOLVED:

 

Revert back to CYDIA 1.1.18 and TAIG 2.2.1

 

1)DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL (COPY PASTE ON BROWSER)

 

 a ) cydia_1.1.18_iphoneos-arm.deb

 

AND

 

 b ) taiguntether83x_2.2.1_iphoneos-arm.deb

 

2) REBOOT

 

3) DELETE (OR FORCIBLY) CYDOWN/ENABLE

 

4) ACCEPT ESSENTIAL UPGRADE --> BACK TO 1.1.19 AND 2.3

 

5) REBOOT

 

AND

 

6) INSTALL NEWEST VERSION OF CYDOWN
