Ya I completely understand what your saying. But for your ban message they give you was it telling you the timeframe till your account will be unfrozen? Or was it something new that said permanently banned? Cuz all my CODM accounts that I got banned(7 total) during the public beta said 19 years till they'd be unfrozen but as I ended up finding out the day of global release a few days ago all the Guest/Facebook accounts I used were no longer frozen so I thought they lifted the bans but someone commented saying that they didn’t lift them, everyone just misread the the length of the ban due to the odd way they wrote it so me and everyone took it as 19 years but the guy said it was apparently only a month and that he was following info about it fairly closely 

cuz on Black Ops 4 I was temporarily banned 3x before they gave me a 15 year ban

1st Offense was 48 hours

2nd Offense was 14 days 

3rd Offense was 2 months/account reset

Last Offense was 5474 days lol 

but there was steps
