i personally don’t like online dating like you may think ur hitting it off with someone but when you link up irl, they can act totally different or be weird af. 
 

my advice would be just to make friends and keep it at that so u can actually get to know what the person is all about and if something grows from that friendship then go with it if u want

But yeasterday my phone asked me if I want beauty filter on by default .... so I still suggest meeting IRL at some point.

Online dating could easily work for some people especially attractive ones. It's very hard for people to go beyond physical attractiveness if you have never met that person or talk to them. Personally I prefer meeting people in real life because I'm much better talking in person than online (bad texter). Plus you can avoid getting catfished.

Focus on yourself firstly bro. Grind your routine, work, exercise, so that you have something to fall back on if you end up heartbroken on these apps. Meeting girls in public, like a work environment is gonna be infinitely better than going on an app, where you cannot see the personality of the person you are dealing with. Not to say that online dating isn’t viable, it’s just impractical because seldom do relationships last when two people meet online.
