[For My Friend] Cydia icon missing and uicache not working.

    Hello Everyone!

     

    I tried jailbreaking my friends iPad with unc0ver (11.3.1) and it jailbroke successfully. When it respringed I went to open Cydia but the icon is not there. Searching for it won't work and unc0ver says i'm jailbroken. Then I googled and every website/video told me to run the command 'uicache' through SSH. I tried that but PuTTy just says uicache: command not found. If anyone could help me and my friend would be very happy.
