Request [iOS] Crosshairs Overlay for Any App

Does this software already exists? I’ve been looking for it and found nothing

This Tweak used to work years back but has never been updated. If someone could copy the files and have it updated for iOS 11 that would be appreciated

so i’m guessing it’s too tedious to make one?
