Here's a Tip:

While your typing just skip the big words by entering a letter and space but make sure to do not overuse it 20 times unless your score won't save at all

Another tip:

If you have an iPhone and wanna type fast. Just install the Grammarly keyboard from the app store to achieve those high scores

Sometimes I like to lay my iPhone on a flat surface and turn my iPhone the way you feel comfortable. Then after I use three or four fingers to type and the help of the Grammarly helping you out if you misspell a word.
