    alot of people actually cheat but some just Use 1 Text and repeat it over and over again until they  memorize all the words then they would just look at their keyboard while typing ( Helps alot even for fast writers) and their muscle memory just gets crazy for these words. 

    you can talk to some of these people on The discord server of 10FastFingers, some of them have videos While doing it, it's quite interesting to watch.
