Can you guys help me out? I sold my iphone on ebay and the buyer wants me to leave ios 9.0.2 ..I want to delete all my data but i am jailbroken..How can i wipe all my data but keep this ios version? the delete all in settings freezes it right?

I left the followhero.app and storekit and clicked creat zip and renamed to .ipa and says failed , how do I thin it ? I just tried in app cake and says failed ,says package inspection failed
