There is a working cheat for duplicating settlement materials. Send a message to @Darkz59 he has a youtube video on  how to do that and that sh!t still works up to this day.

However, it looks like you cannot upgrade the buildings using the duped items, can you @Darkz59?

I tried filling out the requirements, saved, forced quit and when I came back, it resets.

I stopped playing a few months ago. I accidentally upgraded the pallets to level 2 way back and since then the game freezes when I try to go back. 

Now, it looks like the new update fixed the issue. I can go back to the settlement but the pallets are back to level 1.

Can't go back to the settlement anymore after I upgraded the pallets via dupe items, ,stuck in loading. Other than that, the game is playable.

Any idea how I can go back?

DO NOT UPGRADE THE PALLETS USING THE DUPE ITEMS ! I CANNOT GO BACK TO THE SETTLEMENT ANYMORE AFTER I DID THIS EVEN AFTER RESTARTING. 

All other locations are playable except the settlement. You can still dupe NICK SANTY items though.

that's right. you got to keep trying.

It does not work anymore, need to wait about 2 months for it to work again. You need to try several times until the download gets completed.

On my 4th attempt it was a success though it took about 30 mins. Worked for about 2 days then it got revoked like 3-4 hours ago.

Was able to split items to thousands so I don't need to worry about getting stuff again.

Fully upgraded my base as well.

this is not working !  Weapon and Amor is breaking down as in original version & the axe and other cutting tools is also breaking down !!

Either you buy the IOS gods premium app or wait for the cert to be renewed. Sideloadly will not allow you to connect to GameCenter.

Too bad it can't be installed at this time via free iosgods app due to revoked cert.
