My game freezes when entering a location that has other players. Is there something i can do to fix this

if know one wants to do this hack can someone tell me what to use to do the hacks and i will try and learn myself?

i tried redownloading it from cydia and now it wont download and it has an error. it only lets you download the VIP 1 and when you open the game it doesnt even pop up to tell you that the hack is running.

I installed it but I can't tell that it is doing anything that it says its suppose to do. I am using iphone 6 plus on 9.3.3.
