hey bro, ok i tried to create the file but it gives me the same error in mobile terminal,i also tried deleting the /lib file through mobile terminal but it doesn't let me,also note that i can't see the /lib file listed on ifile even with the hidden files toggled in ifile settings. i don't know what is going on... i also went to cd /lib and then dir but it shows no content... dunno what to do

@DiDA, so i followed all steps to the point where i had to cut/paste lib file from books folder to var,when i tried to cut and then paste in var directory it gave me an error "file already exists" and it doesn't let me paste it. so i went on and deleted ifile and tried using filza instead but for some reason i can't install it,it runs fine on impactor right up to the last part and it gets stuck (maybe because filza is one of the apps that i have stuck on my springboard and i couldn't delete it from reseting). i tried creating a file in var and moving the contents of lib individually but it doesn't let me create folder lib. i am stuck also tried mobile terminal and followed the steps but it gave me another error "no such file or directory"

I have impactor but what ipa file?i dont have ifile,i can't install it.

Yes i am. everytime i try to install anything it gives me a dpkg_locked error.

I cant acess filza,adding sources doesn't work. i tried iexplorer but cant acess root as it's greyd out.

Can anyone just tell me if this is a waste of time and i'm just not able to jailbreak my iphone so i can move along?!?

DiDA, that is the permanent jailbreak i mentioned above to rejailbreak and that makes cydia work but useless as it doesn't let me install sources and it has a number of ques that i cant get rid of. regards andré

Hello everyone,this is going to be a long post so please be patient and thanx in advance. just a little over a yer i jailbroke my iphone 6 running ios 9.3.2 with the pangu jailbreak,i believe i had the 1 year certificate because it lasted for a long time. about 4 months ago the battery on my phone died and when i restarted and tried to rejailbrake with PP it didn't work anymore. so i proceeded to reseting my iphone completely through itunes,for some reason when iphone restarted with "fresh install" i still had cydia icon,activator,game gem,autotouch and some other cydia apps installed (these did not function). i then again reset iphone this time just via iphone settings and reset,still with no avail in removing apps above mentioned. i then tried reseting again via itunes and this time i got an error stating that my itunes version wasn't up to date (yes it was the latest version). since i couldnt get the apps of the phone i decided to try and do the jailbreak using pp helper 5.0 and followed the process to the point where it asked me for apple id. i created an apple id and proceded to insert credentials when prompted but this gave me an error, a crying computer error (can't read chinese),after trying this many times i ended up giving up untill a couple of days ago when i decided it was time to try and do this again. and again i failed over and over again. i managed to download impactor and the file that you drag and drop to it,it left an icon on my phone to which i proceded to install....so far so good and no errors. this is what bugged me,it was an expired certificate so i found a permanent jailbreak from a Lucas something that was preety simple to use,yay managed to get cydia to work BUT when i tried installing any tweaks i cant find sources,doesnt let me add new sources,it has about 13 items in Que that i can't get rid of and because i don't have the sources i can't "unque" them,cydia also crashes all the time,it is literally useless. my phone works fine but i am loosing hope as i just can't jailbreak this freaki'n thing. please help me,i have lost so many hours trying to solve this and i just can't do it. i am not tech savy so please understand my ignorance. thanx in advance for the time taken to read this and to anyone that will decide to help me. regards andré
