don't use game gem, iGameGuardian is the working one

just do the same thing but don't change the value type from auto. put in the new value every time the amount of your ingredient value changes in game. you have to do each one by one. I only alter the value to 255, then i reset it back to 255 when i run low. when you find a line that changes your amount long hold it and save it so you can go back and change the value later. also for it to show up sometimes you need to alter the value when you aren't inside the furnace, and then open the furnace for it to show up.
