The Garena version isn’t downloading onto my device. I’ve tried the global version (since that’s how another mod menu that I’ve tried worked) but then I realized that didn’t work

I'm trying to download this mod. I downloaded it on Filza and it comes up in Cydia, but I'm not sure what to do next. It mentions to go to my settings after I download it, but nothing is coming there. Appreciate it if someone can help me out.
