iam using iPhone X 11.4 and imazing on Win 10 and unable to make it work. Back up and restore from updated file works with a reboot of iPhone X and still not work. I tried a few times and no results on gold.

Its very important you use winrar and open imazing file do not extract the file. while open in winrar paste files accordingly and close.
upload file to iamazing.
my phone rebooted

works excellent
note; iam on mac winrar paste method will not work. you must use pc.
