how this hack works? i tried to purchase gold or money but it wont work

i tried to do iap, click cancel when asked for credentials, nothing happen to the gold/money. is this cheat still working or i did something wrong?

the apps icon doesnt have a picture after installation and the game keep crashing when i go to see facilities

@DiDA i keep getting error -20 when restoring cache folder. any help ?
