No one else is having trouble downloading the file? I tried both links but neither load

There's a hack in the JP version that lets you pull a rare recruit twice. You do a pull and press power until the power off slider shows up, then hold home button until it goes away, it takes away 5 gems, but brings you back to the pull screen where you can pull another time for free. If you do it without the hack, it doesn't work. My question is, does anyone know where to get this? There are tons of hacks for japanese games, but I can't find them
