Link updated to fix issue of not been able to upgrade car parts. Just turn on Free store and your credits won't subtract when upgrading.

i think the major problem is iOS 9.0.2 with 64 bit devices. I think i am done after this update. it probably be better if ZahirSher makes the hack instead cos he can do it for both 64 bit and 32 bit. I will give him all the offsets
