Hello. As of August 31 2015 my 8 ball pool app is not working. I can start the app up fine, then I get into the screen that says: Log into FaceBook, Log in as a Miniclip ID, and Play as a guest. When I try to log into my miniclip ID or my guest account the following happens: It gets stuck on connecting for a good 5 minutes then underneath connecting it says "your internet connection has dropped, we are reconnecting you to the game" and proceeds to be stuck for another good 5-10 mins. Then a green connect button shows and the process restarts. Also if I want to create a new miniclip ID it says "Communication Problem" and doesn't work.
I have tried to delete the app and redownloaded several times... Didn't work.
Also tried to use a VPN, didn't help.
Please if anyone has any input in what to do it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
