I tried to install it this morning via sideload. the game installed but when downloading the resources it gives me an error message in Russian and closes the application

I've tried to download it about 5 times, but I can't install it, I get the message that it can't be installed because the developer is not trustworthy,

I installed it and it worked, but I don't know if it's a bug, the game's graphics keep changing to the maximum, even if I mess with the settings it always goes back to the maximum. Any solution?
