Ok so I downloaded asphalt 8 and the hack I didnt open the game for a few days but when I did it turns out I got banned so I logged out of iTunes turned my vpn on redownloaded the app then cleared it in filza but when I click accept it is stuck on loading

I was trying to restore my phone to iOS 11.3.1 and iTunes quit unexpectedly then i tried on another computer same problem and on another one same problem then i accidentally put my phone in recovery mode.... and since iTunes doesn't work i can't restore it so I'm completely f***ed so can one of you help me get it out of recovery and on 11.3.1
