    @DiDA for some reason the easy install won't download. Its stuck on waiting for about an hour now. Tried it 3-4 times already. Please look into it. Thanks.

    Hi Dida, I tried this several times on my iphone but it tries to download and then stops and gives a message unable to download. Do I need to enable something for easy install? On Iphone 8 plus, ios 11.4.1.
