In your wold go to settings and switch the "local multiplayer" or something like that to on or just use pocketminemp http://lmgtfy.com/?q=PocketMine+Download

Open to LAN your world then port forward your IP and port of the server then use no-ip.org and forward her port then use the no-ip link as the server address
