Hello Support, My Problem is i got Stuck with my Old account at the loading screen with 95% i think its becouse i crafted an item wath has not released yet ... so my question is now can i get the account anyway back or need i to wait for release those items ? or need i to make a new account for it And when i make a new account its no problem for me to level up and stuff but first you need to fix the issue with the in game Boxes becouse you can't buy them anymore will you patch this to make it work again or wath can we do there ? becouse i am ok with an new account but only with in game Boxes wath i can get from it...

ouw yeah wold be great to have muche Diamonds and stuff becouse the game is rlly expensive and hard to get Pokemons

i got the APP and i cant buy anything from the Shop it says *Service is temporarily unavailable. please try again later.* but the other thinks works perfekt i need the chest for new account becouse my old account stuck at 95% loading screen ... so i have to start new and dont want to give again money out... anyone can help me plz ? @ZahirSher
