I am currently dealing with this error 4013 . It happened after installing the modded ipa file using cydia substrate. When I open the game app running fro about 3min and it suddenly shutdown and go es to apple logo the shut s down the apple logo . Keeps repeating. It does not allow me to restore or update operaring system because it shuts off when its about to restore or update the device and goes back to apple logo again. Device is iphone 7 plus non jb
