Awesome, remember playing this legit. Failed to install on both x32 and x64 bluestacks. Solution I found on x64: (I didn't bother to test on x32 so far) Download APK editor and import the hempire apk. Edit the APK with apk editior and select common edit. The only thing you want to change is install location, I changed it to internal only. After letting the APK Editor do it's magic, I was able to install it from the new APK. Pretty certain (free) Change Opponent is not part of the game anymore.

Have you tried starting with a fresh impactor? Delete it and extract it again.

You could also make a burner apple ID and see if it works.

I heard there have been issues with the dev server today, maybe just need some patience.

Please mention your device, ios version and what jailbreak tool you're using.

This hack works really well, a few bugs here and there. -When the game crashes (or you close it) the mod menu won't reset back to hacks off while the hacks did turn off. Hacks don't always fully de-activate requiring a restart of the app but I'm not bothered by that. Last, I don't get what free change opponent is supposed to do, maybe an outdated feature?
