Why don’t you use software like ipscanner on pc....it wil show ip of all connected devices better then randomly guessing....and if you have android device you can use ping... best of luck

Wont take the blame if it doesn't work 

There are a lot of alternative for cydia extender if you’re jailbroken but if you are not, installing cydia extender even with developer account wont make any difference as it needs jailbroken iOS device to function properly 

So did you disable Game Center as well while trying save game hack?

or prolly game has been patched in newer version so save game might not work as well

but I did from iPhone so not sure if compression method is reliable as in desktop or not so if this .ipa doesn’t install  try it once from desktop from aforementioned procedure 

You should have checked the consequences of doing that also before trying it out....

download pangu ipa which I presume you are using to jailbreak download link http://dl.pangu.25pp.com/jb/NvwaStone_1.1.ipa

Then in desktop extract/unzip it via winrar or 7zip (https://www.7-zip.org/)

head to NvwaStone_1.1.ipa/Payload/NvwaStone.app and open  info.plist in notepad and find minimumosversion which should be 9.2 change it to ios 12.0.1 and save it and compress it again (if you don’t know search in  youtube) then install it via cydia impactor.....

torrent hmm there are apps in third party AppStores but personally I haven’t tried it and it will not work that good as well as due to restrictions on background download on ios it will stop downloading after sometime after your mobile display turned off or you can just put on your display turned on for the whole time while downloading haha..good luck
