Did you install applist from cydia prior installing dlg.deb...because I am also using 11.3.1 and it works fine for me

I don’t think so, because as Much as I know it doesn’t matter if you buy game or install it via cydia impactor its same and personally I have also installed .ipa and then save game but it always worked out for me...so What might happened for you is save game is for older version and with new update something might have changed in the game so it’s not working

Apply save game

open game

if it works Then play for sometime, then you can turn wifi and sigIn game center

I have to say man it’s dahm good...no need to go IgameGuardian and search, you can just search and edit in app wow...really amazed and thankful to get this function in ios11 

but one request can you help us by letting us edit several memory location at once..some time in some offline game(referring to a offline game which i just played ?) for one int it show 4 location and I have to individually edit it one by one...it could be better if I could edit all 4 at once.....anyway thanks a lot for making such a great app
