fix the problem by reprinting on i cleaner, but I tried to install a tweak called si arias and it won't show in my settings. Thank you all for your help, I appreciate it. fixed the problem*

i held down the home and power off button until the apple logo came up and I pressed the volume up button. If I didn't do that it would be in an endless boot loop.

nope didn't work I am wondering if removing mobile substrate will fix it

when I got crash reporter, it wouldn't open it crashed right away. I deleted many tweaks and it did not fix it.Also when I try to respring it gets stuck on apple logo

done that and it didn't work didn't work i am on iOS version 8.1.2 and I downgraded to cydia substrate version 0.9.6011.

I have had a jail broken ipad for at least a year and I went to Cydia and tried to install a tweak. It took too long and I tried to close Cydia. I am not that experienced with Cydia and all the coding stuff, but I restarted my device after cydia being closed and it was stuck on Apple logo. I knew how to get into safe mode by using the volume button and did that. After I was in safe mode I tried to restart and it didn't work. I also removed many cydia tweaks and it didn't work. I have been trying to research how to fix the "endless safe mode" but have found nothing. It would be great if you guys could help me.????
