Remember that Non-Jailbroken devices can only sideload 3 apps per Apple ID.

This hack doesn't have free IAP. To get more coins, just run around on the map until you're forced to buy energy, which will cost 25 coins. You'll notice that instead of paying 25 coins, you actually gain 25 coins. Do this until you have enough to buy other things.
