Yes it works for every lv 1 skill character, I try it on amber, Dione, and fisch

Also, retry to login into the game if it doesn’t seem to work. The game resets it’s data of damage every time you enter dungeon, or change character.

Just follow the instruction and retry

You need only one archery character, don’t put Dione in there. The damage has transfer into Dione. Just one character in the party. I’ll show u with another vid. here:
