    My app+ stopped working two days ago. Now when I try a fresh install I can’t even open the app. Any suggestions? Is it revoked?

    I accidentally purchased the wrong VIP package attempting to get access to the app. Do I have to pay the entire tier 2 purchase price if I never used the tier 1? Or can I pay the difference?
