Idk if it’s just me but when I try and interact with a npc the game starts to lag really bad then just freezes any help?

Didn’t even turn a single one on🤡 I don’t turn on any mods until the game loads and I’m in game plus I’m not a restart who puts them all on it just crashes after selecting a world even tried making a new character and world but nothing works for me🤷‍♂️
