When I go to purchase something in-game with the hack active it says “purchases not available at this time” any help?

I have downloaded this app but when I try to add my cloud save instead of allowing me to click “ use this save” it makes me click “look for updates” which then makes me install the app through the original App Store. How can I get around this?
