AUTO FIXED: Left it, went to sleep, woke up, tried it, now it works ez

I need help, i have an ipad 2 running 9.3.5. I keep getting stuck on verifying application and i have, revoked certificates reinstalled itunes and phoenix and impactor, shut down/restarted both my laptop and ipad and still i keep getting stuck on verifying application. i have used apple id password and app specific password, still nothing! the log says mstreamd keeps starting up and shutting down... This is my first time jailbreaking and have no impactored apps on ipad.
