Be warned it looks to me like there might be some sort of cheat detection related to times.. I was running 5.1-5.5 and losing due to something showing HK as soon as I slowed down I was able to win the races as long as I cut the faster light. unsure if other people are seeing the same thing

Are you editing using the apps listed by the OP? And the first set of values and not the bottom, also are you purchasing the “strip” model of the car? also make sure you’re backing out after editing and clicking the save button at the top right of the editor

looks like for added fun you can also change the stages of these…brings up the torque and looks funny but I’m sure someone better at tuning may benefit from it. as you can see below it has turbo/super/pro/nitrous

Mod menu taking a little longer for me to even login. Had to restart multiple times because it wouldn't trigger the iosgods login screen. Not sure if this is happening for everyone. Working though!
