Excuse me every one for border you about it ! i have a problem with Cydia Impactor. Im currently using iOS 10.2.1 ( none jailbreak device ) on iPad Mini3 and Window 10. when i start install IPA file via Impactor it always fail and show this message " https://ibb.co/i8kwy5 " . provision.cpp:81 ios/submitDevelopmentCSR=7460 You already have a current iOS Development certificate or a pending certificate request. i try to change Apple ID or redownload last version of Impactor but it still fail to install.

Impactor always crush when install .IPA is someone like me ? iOS 10.2.1 Impactor 0.9.41
