    When I upgrade a hero's level it's consuming the shards. Could you make it so upgrading levels are also free? Same thing for upgrading weapon levels.

    Recently bought the app+ sub for 1 year but nothing showed up in my purchase history nor can I see it in my manage subscription tab. How do I know if my order is getting processed or not?
