I think in this case you talk of overcharging. Had the same problem with my iPhone a month ago until I got my battery changed. it's not a secret batteries get weaker over time, but if its capacity goes down within a few months some charging issues are to be taken into consideration. With regard to the number of your installed tweaks one can say that it these won't be the decisive drainers. Check overcharging issues.

This doesn't work and infact after installing file phone freezes for about 10sec at random.. Don't install!

I can't help myself but you might have done something wrong. The hack works for the major part of the players who downloaded it and this fact actually renders your argument irrelevant. I have no idea what causes your problem.
